Chaotic Christmas
Day
Today's project is kind of a bittersweet one for me!! I started this tradition when one of my best friends lived here!! We used to have so much fun and had an "understanding" that we made sure that each of us got "BOOED!!" Since she moved, it just hasn't seemed as fun....BUT this year I decided to start it again!!
It is VERY simple!! I am posting the BOO poem and then my BOO package!! Have fun and watch the excitement make it around the neighborhood!!
You've Been Boo-ed!
The phantom ghost has come to town
To leave some goodies... I see you've found.
If you wish to make this a happier fall...
Continue this greeting, this phantom call.
First, post this Phantom where it can be seen,
And leave it there until Halloween.
This will scare other Phantoms who may visit.
Be sure to participate, you don't want to miss it!
Second, make up 2 goody bags and make 2 copies of the poem!!
Deliver them to two neighbors, try to stay calm.
Don't let them see you, be sneaky, no doubt
And make sure they put their Phantom Ghost out!
Next, you have only one day to act, so be quick!
Leave it at doors where the Phantom hasn't hit.
Deliver at dark when there isn't much light...
Ring the doorbell and run, and stay out of sight!!
And last, but not least, come join in the season.
Don't worry, be happy, you need no good reason.
This is all in good fun and we are just trying to say...

I made the tag out of canvas and fabric!! I stamped BOO on the canvas and the tied ribbons to hold to bucket!!
We normally leave the BAG on the door so people will know that you have been BOOED!!!
I will repeat this process for Christmas and it is called "You have been JINGLED!!"
I hope that you really get into the Halloween spirit and have fun watching it go around the neighborhood!! I will let you know that is does NOT have to be expensive!! I normally spend around $7-$10 on my BOO BAGS!!!
