Monday's HEFTY to HOTTIE Menu

Mid Morning Snack

1/2 Chicken Breast
2 Cups Green Veggies

Lunch

1/2 Chicken Breast
1/2 Cups Beans
2 Cups Veggies

Mid Afternoon Snack

1/2 Chicken Breast
1 Small Grapefruit

Dinner

Small Steak
2 Cups Veggies

PM Snack

1/2 Chicken Breast
1/2 Grapefruit

SOOOOO appetizing....NOT!!!  BUT, I  can do this!!!  HEFTY TO HOTTIE!!!!
