Dieting and Exercise

Ok.....I have started a new "diet" if you can call it that!!  If you are someone that actually KNOWS me, you KNOW that I do NOT diet!!!  I will say that I am dieting and it lasts all of about 6 hours!   So I am starting something a little different!  I am not eating before 9:00 am and after 6:30 pm!  I have also started a challenge to try 30 new recipes in 40 days!!  I will be posting the recipes over the next 40 days!!  I am on day 3 of the recipes and so far found a couple that we really like...ok, Todd and I like!  My kids do not eat anything but fruit and yogurt!!  ;)

I have also started a 60 day workout program that I found by Kelsey at  Downtown


I am currently on day 5 if anyone wants to join me I would LOVE the company and maybe we could compare notes!!!  Leave me a comment!!

  3. This is awesome! I'll join you but I'll have to have "Rainman" nearby to revive me everytime I knock myself out with these "38 DD longs!" - When you're almost 50.. 38 DD's turn into 38 DD's loooongs. Just givin' all you young girls out there the heads up. - You're welcome. ; )

  4. All of this looks awesome....except the not eating until 0900:( You body should be fed within an hour of waking up. That way it knows you aren't starving it. Nothing after 6:30 is great though!

  8. Yes Lani is right. Eat as quickly as you can, something nutrional, for breakfast as soon as you are able. Here's why... your body doesn't get the signal to jump start your metabolism until you EAT... and not activating your metabolism slows it down and damages it. And that damage can't be repaired. So please, do eat before 9am!! That alone will help you see some results.. I promise!
