We, as a family of small children, normally end up somehwere that the kids will eat "nuggets" but this day we decided to head to Chili's!! It's been a long time since we have been to one. It was a really great change and we are happy that we made the choice this night!! The atmosphere was happy and lively and our waitress was AWESOME!!! I love it when we go and the waitresses are friendly to our kids...I makes a HUGE difference! The kids had a really good time playing the games on their menus!! It was a real treat to sit and have a nice, relaxing dinner with my husband and kids!
It was nice to sit in a REAL restaurant and eat ADULT food! They had a variety of new meal options... including $20 dinner for 2 which mu husband and I decided to share!! We ALWAYS eat the chips, queso and hot suace!! My husband swears that the hot sauce is the best...EVER!! ;) I have to say that it is pretty AWESOME!
The 2 dinners for $20 really was a great deal. It included the appetizer and 2 dinner entrees.
We could have chosen Chicken Fajitas, Quessadilla Explosion Salad, 10 or 6 oz sirloin or Margarita Grilled Chicken to mention just a few. I wanted to try the ribs but we decided to wait till next time!! ;) I am hoping that is not too far in the near futeure...they are sounding really good right about now!!
I did decide to have a new CoronaRita at Chili's with my meal and I must say it was AWWWWESOME!!!! I will be having these agaan! My husband was driving so I was the LUCKY one that got the pleasure of drinking it!! It was really refreshing and great for the summer time weather!!
We were very happy when we left and our kids actually ate some chicken strips from Chili's!! GO FIGURE!!! lol!! You should go try it and you can "LIKE" their facebook page to keep up on the newest deals!
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND AS ALWAYS, PLEASE REMEMBER TO DRINK RESPONSIBLY!!!!
Getting ready for Erin's First Communion this Saturday and are doing a Cinco de Mayo menu...my sister is actually bringing the chips from Chilis because she loves them so much:), so does my daughter. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite summer drinks, I was actually able to find the Corona Rita bottle holders that Joe's Crab Shack and Chillis use at http://www.xtremebarware.com
