Chaotic Christmas Countdown
DAY 6
I hope that everyone is having a great week and enjoying the
CHAOTIC CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN!!
I have had a small mishap this week....Todd left with my computer that has all of my posts for the week!! SOOOO, I am going to have to improvise!! PLEASE bear with me!!! :)
Tonight I am posting one of our family's FAVORITE recipes!! It is my mom's
GRAPE SALAD!!!
It is AWESOME and both of my kids make themselves sick eating it!! AND you know that is really saying something when my kids will eat something!!! ;)
MOM'S GRAPE SALAD
8x8 glass baking dish
3/4 stick of butter melted
Fill bottom pan with pecan halves
Salt to taste
Stir real good to coat the pecans with butter!
Bake at 350 until toasted!! At least 15-20 minutes! Take out and place pecans on paper towel! Leave butter and salt in the bottom of the pan!
I bag of seedless red grapes
Wash, drain and dry!! Place to side!!
Mix 8oz cream cheese and 8oz sour cream!
Add splenda and vanilla to taste!!
Back to ur 8x8 pan...layer grapes then cream cheese mixture then cover the top of that with the splenda brown sugar and then add pecans!!
CHILL for about 1 hour!!
